Security Deposit
Security deposits are determined and managed in accordance with the Ontario Energy Board’s Distribution System Code, ensuring that customers across the province receive consistent and equitable treatment in respect to deposits.
All customers of Hearst Power are required to provide a security deposit as a condition of supplying or continuing to supply distribution services. Some exceptions may apply – you may refer to Hearst Power’s Security Deposit Policy to obtain more information.
